Tomi Nyström is a long-standing expert in public advocacy and policy-making with 15 years of experience in politics and public affairs.

Tomi has been on the both side of the aisle: both as a lobbyist and as the target of lobbying. He is specialized in political and social change, counselling execution and the political process from drafting the legislation to the political decision making.

Tomi is a former Special Adviser to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland Pekka Haavisto. His previous experience include advisory tasks and political influencing, for example, in the Parliament of Finland and education and research sector, as well as strategic planning of several political campaigns.

Tomi holds a Master’s degree in social sciences with a major in political science.
