Axel is a versatile expert in demanding communications and public affairs, helping clients communicate clearly to broad audiences in any situation.

Previously, Axel led Edenred’s Public Affairs operations in the Finnish and Swedish markets, working with legislation related to payments and taxation. He also has six years of experience in the media industry, having worked as a TV and radio journalist in the Swedish-language news and investigative units at Yle.

He is an experienced project leader who naturally aligns communications and public affairs with companies’ strategy and priorities. In addition to the financial sector, Axel has industry expertise in the technology, social and healthcare, food, construction, and energy.

Axel holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Gothenburg, majoring in investigative journalism.
