ANNE-MARIA FLANAGAN IS A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED LEADER IN SUSTAINABILITY AND ESG.  

Anne-Maria has over 25 years of work history in sustainability management and ESG risk management both in advisory and in-house. Anne-Maria creates value with a strategic approach and has a strong business orientation. She always drives for a true impact and stakeholder dialogue. Anne-Maria has solid experience in project management, leadership, and management training. She is a sustainability reporting and communications professional with experience also in compliance, reputation management, and in demanding stakeholder dialogue.

Anne-Maria has deep understanding of sustainability related regulation (e.g., CSRD, CS3D, EU taxonomy), environmental and climate topics, health and safety, human rights, supply chain, and management systems. Industry knowledge she has from food industry, retail, real estate and construction, energy, and industrials.

Anne-Maria has previous work experience in management consulting (sustainability) and in in-house sustainability development and management. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Aalto University.
