Coaching, training and simulations

People are interested in other people. That’s why every organization needs relatable leaders and experts as their representatives. However, crafting a message that is clear, credible, and easy to understand takes practice. We are called in to coach when professionals are facing new or difficult situations.

We have conducted hundreds of training sessions

In our training sessions, participants always get to practice their skills in real-life scenarios – whether it’s public speaking, giving a speech, being interviewed, or crisis communication. We customize each session to meet the client’s specific needs and circumstances. Video exercises are used to closely simulate real interview situations.

We help you step outside your bubble and see the world through the eyes of the media and other key stakeholders. After our training, you’ll be able to communicate your message in a way that truly engages your audience.

Even strong presentation skills won’t help if the message is unclear. That’s why our training always focuses on both the formulation and wording of messages, as well as their overall content.

We primarily coach our clients in three types of situations:

  • General presentation and media training, designed at improving the presentation and interview skills of an individual or a larger group.
  • Training for a specific situation, such as preparing for an upcoming interview or speech.
  • Crisis training, where we practice performing in high-pressure and challenging situations.

Whether you are presenting to journalists, clients, employees, decision-makers, or any other important stakeholder, Tekir’s training will help you discover your strengths as a presenter.

We assist in articulating complex issues and phenomena and finding clear examples that make difficult topics easier to understand. Our goal is to build your confidence and equip you with the skills needed to excel in presentation and interview situations.

In addition to training, we offer tailored courses across all areas of communication.

Media training

What: Media training covers the basics of interacting with the media. How to act before, during, and after an interview? How does a newspaper interview differ from one for radio or television? How can you craft your message to be both compelling and easy to understand? Training can be organized as single sessions or a series of sessions, each focusing on a specific theme.

Tekirin approach: The training includes a concise theoretical part and illustrative examples, as well as tailored exercises and personal feedback for participants. Many of Tekir’s coaches have a background in journalism. We are well-versed in media practices and perspectives.

Trainees will be able to formulate their message appropriately, interestingly, and understandably for their target audience. The goal of the training is to help each participant find their strengths as a presenter and encourage them to collaborate with the media.

What are the most common pitfalls in presentation preparation? How can I manage stage fright? Training can be conducted as a single session or as a series of sessions, each centered around a specific theme.

Tekir’s approach: Good presenters are not cut from the same cloth. Tekir’s presentation training focuses on enhancing each individual’s personal strengths and helping them develop their own presentation style. The training includes an interactive theoretical discussion, practical exercises for all participants, and personal, encouraging, and constructive feedback.

Participants will receive concrete tips for preparing and delivering their future presentations. The goal is for participants to gain inspiration, enthusiasm, and confidence for their future presentations.

How does crisis communication differ from regular communication? How can you prepare for a challenging presentation or interview? The goal of crisis training is to practice presenting and condensing messages in challenging situations. We also offer crisis communication simulations, allowing management teams and other key personnel to navigate realistic crisis scenarios in a controlled environment.
