In 2023, Tekir supported GF as communications advisor in the EUR 2.1 billion voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for all issued and outstanding shares in Uponor Corporation. Tekir provided strategic guidance across all communications activities related to the transaction, including communications strategy and messaging, media engagement, communications materials, and the marketing of the tender offer.
Following the successful completion of the Uponor transaction, Tekir has continued to support GF on communications and investor relations.
