Konstantin is a professional in public affairs with experience spanning both the corporate world and the non-profit sector.

Konstantin has previously worked as Senior Policy Advisor for Education at Akava, served as Chair of the National Union of University Students in Finland, and has long been active in the National Coalition Party. In addition, he has gained experience in venture capital, pension insurance, and communications.​

As a Master of Science in Engineering, Konstantin combines an analytical and solution-oriented approach with strong societal expertise and broad networks, offering a unique perspective in addressing clients’ challenges.​

He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University, with a major in Strategy.
