Irina Diepmaat is a versatile communications professional whose strengths include organisational reputation management, crisis communication, and project leadership.

Irina’s area of expertise is assisting businesses in establishing and preserving their reputations and thriving in challenging and rapidly evolving communication scenarios. She is a sharp problem-solver with the ability to articulate complex issues and come up with creative ways to implement communications.

Irina specialises in the effective planning and management of large-scale communication projects, from marketing campaigns to extensive communication initiatives.

She holds a Master’s degree in Culture and Arts (Digital Media) and is also a registered nurse specialized in mental health and crisis work. Previous experience from communication roles in the healthcare sector, non-profit sector, and with the Finnish Border Guard.
