Anne-Maria has 25 years of work history in sustainability management and ESG risk management both in advisory and in-house. She creates value with a strategic approach and a strong business orientation. 

Anne-Maria has solid experience in project management and leadership and management training and she is a professional in sustainability reporting and communications professional. She is also seasoned in compliance, reputation management and in demanding stakeholder dialogue. ​

Anne-Maria has deep understanding of sustainability related regulation (e.g., CSRD, CS3D, EU taxonomy), environmental and climate topics, health and safety, human rights, supply chain, and management systems. ​

She has industry knowledge from food industry, retail, real estate and construction, energy and industrials. ​

Anne-Maria holds a MSc, Economics from Aalto University. Previous positions in management consulting (sustainability) at PwC and Deloitte and in inhouse sustainability development and management at Kesko, Fazer and SRV.
