Ilari Leskelä is a communication strategist with versatile experience in change and strategy communication and building social relations.

Ilari has 10 years of experience in senior management consulting in communication and management, especially in organisational change, reputation building and public affairs. He has built extensive knowledge of the business and operating environment of various industries, both in Finland and internationally. Ilari is experienced in management sparring and coaching, and an implementer of extensive and demanding projects.

Ilari has international experience, for example, with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brussels, a brand agency in Berlin and international newspapers. He has studied political sciences in the University of Helsinki, with a major in political history.
