HELMI RANTALA IS A VERSATILE EXPERT WHO IS INTERESTED IN SECURITY POLICY AND SOCIETAL ISSUES.

Her specialties include public sector communications, content production and crisis simulations. In addition, Helmi has experience in project management and organizational communications.

Prior to Tekir, Helmi has worked in three ministries, in the communications department of an international industrial company and as a freelance journalist.

Helmi holds a master’s degree in social sciences with a major in world politics. She has also studied international law and military strategy in the National Defence University.
