ANNA LINDÉN IS AN EXPERT IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND IN LEADING MULTINATIONAL TRANSFORMATIONS.  

Anna has strong expertise in leading multinational companies and understanding the impacts of disruptive technology on business. Anna served as the COO of Nokia Mobile Networks business group until early 2019. 

Anna’s career at Nokia began in 1998 as a project manager for a digitalization project, after which she held various leadership positions in different Nokia units. At Nokia, Anna also worked with marketing and communications, as well as change management and operational leadership. She also developed key strategies in Nokia’s employer branding. 

In addition, Anna has effectively managed a service company with P&L accountability and served on the executive team of a listed company. Currently, Anna is the Chairman of the Board at Innofactor Plc, Vice Chairman of the Board at Åbo Akademi, and a member of the Board at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
